Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Pie

Sans Sucres Sugar Free Lowfat Chocolate Mousse Mix, 2 envelopesMilk, nonfat, 1 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Keebler Redi Crust reduced fat pie shell (9" dia) Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip), .75 cup Coffee-Mate Hazelnut Sugar Free, 4 tbsp
1. Pour milk, vanilla extract and hazelnut creamer into a mixing bowl. Add the contents of 2 envelopes of Sans Sucre Chocolate Mousse. Blend on low speed until mixed. Slowly increase the mixer speed until the highest speed is reached, whipping for a total of 5 minutes.
2. Add whipped topping and whip until well mixed.
3. Pour into pie shell, cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
4. (Optional) Add a dollop of canned light whipped cream to each slice (not included in calorie count.)
Serves 8-10.
