High Fiber Lactose Free French Toast

1/3 c Egg Beaters1/3 c Lactaid Fat Free Milk1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp wheat germ (optional)3 slices Healthy Life 100% Whole Wheat Bread
Makes 1 3-piece serving.
Mix Egg Beaters, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and wheat germ; beat until lightly frothy. Dip bread into egg mixture, then cook over low heat on a griddle sprayed with Pam cooking spray. The wheat germ tends to sink, so you may need to spread it onto the bread. Cook until no longer wet in the center (note: this may take a little while).
Serve with your favorite French Toast topping. I use Cary's Sugar Free syrup.
