Ingredients
1/2 Cup - Bell Peppers(any color)1 Cup - Sliced Mushrooms1/2 Cup - Diced OnionsCanola Oil
Directions
Lightly coat the bottom of a small saucepan with canola oil. Place the saucepan on stove at a medium heat. Mix peppers, onions, and mushrooms in pan, and let them cook until the onions have a golden color around the edges. Keep stirring throughout the cooking process. Take off heat and enjoy! Makes 2-3 servings.
