Ingredients
1.5 lbs lean ground beef1/2 cup brown rice1 cup fresh green beans2 1/2 cups waterdash saltpepper to tastegarlic powder1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Brown ground meat. Add rice, green beans, water and spices. Bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until rice and beans are done.
