Mediterrean aioli

Ingredients
2 oz. kalamata olives, pitted2 oz. black olives, pitted2 oz. mayonnaise1 oz. grated parmesan cheese, freshly grated2 cloves roasted garlic5 basil leaves
Directions
In food processor, add all ingredients and blend until well mixed but still slightly chunky. Should have a butter-like consistency. Wonderful spread on fresh Italian bread. Store in refrigerator. Makes 6 servings.
