Foil Packet Chicken Dinner for 2

1 cup Rice, uncooked3/4 cup warm water2 boneless skinless chicken breast1/4 cup Fat Free Italian dressing1 tsp chili powder1/4 cup milk-nonfat1 cup zucchini- sliced1 cup red pepper-chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. combine rice and water: let stand 5 min. Meanwhile chopping vegetables.
Spoon rice mixture evenly onto center of each of 2 large heavy duty aluminum foil. Top each with 1 chicken breast; sprinkle with chili powder. Drizzle evenly with dressing, top with vegetables. Make packets. Place packets on baking pan, bake 25-30 min or until chicken is cooked through.
Careful opening.
