Curry Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
16 oz lowfat cottage cheese2 tsp curry powder1 small box of raisins (1.5oz)1/2 fresh apple (granny smith or of choice)
Directions
Chop 1/2 of a granny smith apple (or apple of choice)
Add apple to cottage cheese
Add curry powder and raisins to cottage cheese
Stir well until curry is well distributed
salt and pepper to taste
Serve with bread, salad or plain
