Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
3 Cups cooked Rice (I prefer Basmatti)1 chicken breast (thinly sliced)1 C carrots1 C celery2 C bean sprouts1 C broccoliSoy SauceHot Sauce, salt and pepper to tastePeanut Oil 1tbSesame Oil 1/2 tspGingerGarlic
Directions
Wash and cook 1.5 cups of rice (will make 3 cups cooked)

Add both sesame and peanut oil to a wok or lrg frying pan. Fry garlic and ginger.

Add sliced chicken and cook on low heat until cook through. During this time add any hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Add thinly sliced veggies and soy sauce. Mix through.

Cover and let simmer on med-low heat until Veggies are done to your liking.

Pour veggie and chicken mixture over rice. Makes 3 servings.
