Coleslaw (lightstyle classic)

Ingredients
1 large head cabbage, grated (about 7" dia) 3 raw carrots, grated (7-1/2") 2 tbsp chopped Scallions1/2 Cup Fit & Active Light Mayonnaise6 tbsp lemon juice4 tbsp Granulated Sugar2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce2 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Best if allowed to rest and marinate over night. Recipe makes 10 half cup servings.
