Ingredients
1 Thomas’ Sahara Pita Pocket 100% Whole Wheat - cut in half to form 2 circles1/2 of a chicken breast - cooked & cubed1 oz Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar - finely grated2 Tbsp Jack Daniel’s Original No. 7 Recipe Barbecue Sauce
Directions
Distribute chicken evenly between pita halves. Drizzle with bbq sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 for 5 - 7 minutes. Serve. Makes 2 servings. Goes great with toss salad.
