Mexican Mango Salad

Ingredients
2 mangos, peeled and cut into chunks1/2 C. finely chopped red onion1/2 C. finely chopped red pepper1/2 C. finely chopped green pepper (optional, substitute 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced)3 Tbs. chopped cilantro1 medium lime, juiced
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes so that flavors can blend.

Delicious over a bed of lettuce or with corn chips.
