couscous pudding with pistachio and cinamon

Ingredients
700 ml water30 gram brown sugar100 gram couscous medium grain100 ml cream (I used the one for coffee and I only had full fat at home, can you imagine if you use fat free, the calories would be even less)50 gram raisins10 gram pistachio chopped
Directions
cook water plus brown sugar. when cooked pour cream and let it warm up. then the couscous in the pan and stir. Then the raisins and cook until the couscous absorbed almost all the liquid, but it has to be moisted.

Pour the pudding into 8 small cups, I used coffee cups and sprinkel cinamon and chopped pistachio on top!
