Tuna & Broccoli Noodle Casserole (Low Fat & Sodium - High Protein)

1 package - Egg Noodles1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat)1 - 4 oz. Velveeta slice (2%/low fat)1/4 c. Milk, 2%1 - 6.5 oz. can Tuna Fish in water2 c. fresh broccoli (frozen can be used if needed)1/4 c. bread crumbs
* While cooking/boiling noodles, melt together cream cheese and velveeta, add milk
* As noodles are close to done, add in broccoli to give it some color (if frozen, at least until cooked)
* Drain noodles/broccoli and add to cheese mix
* Drain Tuna and add to mix, stir until mixed.
* Put contents in casserole dish (2-3 qt.), top with bread crumbs
* Bake for about 15-20 minutes
* Serve, enjoy and have with a side of Cinnamon Applesauce :)
