Capsicum curry

Ingredients
3 green capsicums1 small onion1 tomato1 tsp canola oil(roughly chop these)For the sauce:1 cup roasted peanuts1/2 cup of water(grind the peanuts in the blender into a smooth paste, while slowly adding the water)1 tsp chilli powder2 tbsp tamarind juice2 tsp sugar2 cloves1 small cinnamon stick1 tsp mustard seeds1 tsp cumin1 tsp salt
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin, clove and mustard seeds. When they start to dance add the capsicum, tomato and onion and saute. Add the cinnamon stick, peanut paste, and up to half a cup of water, but don't dilute the sauce too much.

Add the sugar, salt, chilli and tamarind to taste.

Cook, covered on a medium flame, stirring occasionally until the capsicum is tender and the gravy thickened.
