Easy Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients
I packaged frozen spinacholive oil - 2 tbsp or to tastegarlic -1 tbsp mincedhalf a medium onion - chopped1 cup sliced crimini mushroomssalt and pepper
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add the garlic until slightly browned. Add the onions and 1 pinch salt (or to taste) until softened. Add the frozen spinach. Cover and let cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. When cooked through add pepper and serve.
