Banana Berry Smoothies

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas chilled1 cup frozen unsweetene whole strawberries1 8oz carton of vanilla low fat yogurt1 cup nonfat milk
Directions
Cut up bananas and place everything into the blender. Blend till smooth. Makes 4 8oz glasses. Each serving is 8 oz
