Ingredients
1/4 cup grape nuts cereal1/2 cup lowfat yogurt1/2 cup mixed berries1 TBSP chunky peanut butter
Directions
Pour cereal in bowl. Add berries, yogurt, and peanut butter; stir well. You may let it sit if you like your cereal softer. Makes one serving, about 1-1/2 cups.

    Loved this! I love peanut butter and so this sounded so yummy! I used plain no fat greek yogurt, cascadian farms honey nut o's(b/c thats all the cereal i have here) and just 1/2 tbsp of pb. I also added some stevia. Fitness pal clocked this recipe at 198 calories. So filling! Thanks!

    Glad you like it! I have it for breakfast almost every morning. You can vary the cereal for variety.
