Ingredients
2 Tilapia filets, 4 oz eachOlive Oil, 1 tbsp 1 small red onions, thinly sliced2 cups bell peppers, sliced1 Roma tomato, sliced2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp Oregano1 tsp Basil1 tsp Paprika
Directions
In a medium saucepan, cook vegetables until tender crisp. Thaw Tilapia filets according to package directions. Add filets to the bottom of the pan with vegetables. Cook filets until opaque and flaky, about 5 min. Serve over steamed brown rice.
