Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients
Winter Melon 8 cups dicedCorn Niblets - 1 canSilken Tofu - 1 package/12ozShitake Mushroom - 1.5 cups dicedChicken Breast - 10 ounces dicedChicken Broth - 1 cupliquid egg whites - 150mlSalt - 1tbsp
Directions
Cut up all ingredients into dice sized pieces. Boil a big pot of water.
Add all ingredients except for egg whites and salt.
Let the soup cook for 30 minutes.
Pour in the egg whites while stirring the soup.
Add salt to taste.
