Asian Sesame Peanut Chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips1/2 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Ginger dressing (the thick kind will coat the chicken better)1/2 cup orange juice1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
Directions
Heat skillet to med-high heat and cook chicken until browned on all sides. Add orange juice and asian dressing and cover simmering over med heat for about 20 minutes or until done. Add peanuts and chives just before serving.

    This recipe was a toss up. My family seemed to enjoy it however; I found that the dressing made it too sweet. I will make this again, but I will add red pepper flakes to try and cut some of the sweetness. - 11/2/10
