Yogurt-Broiled Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt1 green onion, chopped finely1 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tbsp white vinegar1 tsp salt (or less)1/8 tsp pepper4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halvesOregano or parsley sprigs for garnish
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, green onion, dried oregano leaves, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breast halves and toss to mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes. Preheat broiler.

2. Place chicken breasts on rack in broiling pan. Place pan in broiler at closest position to source of heat. Broil for about 5 minutes. Turn breasts, brush with any remaining yogurt mixture, and broil 5-6 minutes longer until fort-tender and lightly browned.
