Quick and Easy Lowfat Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 box of Asian Hamburger Helper Beef Fried Rice1lb Laura's Extra Lean Ground Beef 4% Fat2 egg whitesI Can't Believe It's Butter Cooking Spray2 TBSP Soy Sauce5 Large Basil Leaves Chopped
Directions
1.Spray pan with olive oil spray(PAM)
2.Brown Hamburger and drain
3.Follow Box Directions for cooking rice and beef.
4.When it's time to add eggs, substitute butter spray for oil.(It worksa great) and use egg whites for whole eggs.
5.Add 2 TBSP Soy Sauce and basil.
6.May use black pepper to taste.
7.Stir together and serve.
Makes 5 1- cup servings
