Mexican Casserole

1/2 lb ground turkey1/4 cup onion chopped1/2 cup salsa1/2 can of black beans1/8 cup lite Italian dressing1 tbsp taco seasoning1/8 tsp ground cumin2 flour tortillias (8 inch) (I used whole wheat low carb tortillas)1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup shredded lettuceminced fresh cilantro to your likingchopped tomato to your liking
1. In a large skillet cook turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain if needed. Stir in salsa, beans, dressing, taco seasoning and cumin. Place on tortilla in a greased 8 x 8 cooking dish. Layer with half of the meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers.
2. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before topping with shredded lettuce, diced tomates and cilantro.
