Ingredients
1.5 cups chopped onions2.25 tsps chili powder2.25 lbs lean pork tenderloin1.5 cups barbecue sauce
Directions
Combine onions, chili powder, barbecue sauce and pork in crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Shred with two forks. Each serving is a 1/2 cup.

Optional: Serve in whole wheat hamburger bun (not included in calorie count).
