Ingredients
1.5 lb. chicken breast1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese1 tbsp. olive oil14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes14.5 oz can of tomato sauce4 c. macaroni pastasalt, pepper, rosemary, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, dried basil
Directions
1. Put olive oil in a skillet with the chicken. Add salt and pepper.
2. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and season to taste.
3. After sauce comes to a boil, add cheese on top of chicken and cover skillet.
4. Cook macaroni in separate pot.

Serve and enjoy!
