Ham and cheese omelet

Ingredients
2 Large eggs slightly beaten1/8 c each of onion, green peppers and cheese1/4 c diced ham1 T of butterpam cooking spray
Directions
Saute the vegies and ham in 1 T of butter until tender. While they are cooking beat your eggs in a bowl and pour into a well heated and sprayed with pam pan. cook until done on the bottom and then flip it over to cook the other side while that side is cooking add your vegies ham and cheese and then fold it to where it is in half moon shape. and then serve makes one 2 egg omelet
