White egg omlette

Ingredients
3 eggs whiteshalf a cup of spinach1 large chopped tomatoplus any other veg
Directions
cut tomatoe in to thin slices or cubes
cut peppers or other veg of choice
seperate egg white and pour over veg in hot pan
cook on either side
for extra kick sprinkle low fat cheese on top n and grill for few mins
serve with salad or bread
