Ingredients
1 frozen chicken breast (4-6 oz)2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tbsp Garlic Powder2 tbsp Italian seasoning mix --OR--0.5 tbsp Basil,0.5 tbsp Marjoram,0.5 tbsp Oregano, and0.5 tbsp Ground Sage
Directions
Defrost chicken breast according to microwave instructions. Pour olive oil into a small skillet, tilt pan to coat the bottom of the pan. Turn burner heat to Med-Low. Coat chicken breast in seasoning, place in skillet. Heat until golden brown, with no pink on the inside, turning as little as possible. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!

Also tastes great served over pasta with a cream sauce and mushrooms!
