Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil1 Clove Chopped Garlic1 Tsp Ginger, grated1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped1/4 Cup Shallots, finely sliced1 C Chinese Cabbage, also called Nappa cabbage, sliced1/4 Cup Carrots, thinly sliced on diagonal1/4 Cup Mushrooms, thinly sliced1/4 Cup Celery, thinly sliced on diagonal1/4 Cup Pea Pods, cut in 3 pieces1/8 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes1/4 Pound Shrimp, shelled and deveined1 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce1 Tbsp Dry Sherry3 Tbsps Low Sodium Chicken Broth1 Tsp Sesame Oil2 Tsps Cornstarch
Directions
Combine last 6 ingredients in a bowl, set aside. Heat a Wok on high heat or a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. Add vegetables and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables are soft, about 1 or 2 minutes. Add soy sauce mixture, stir for 1 minute, add shrimp and continue to stir until shrimp are just pink, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
