Sushi Salad

Ingredients
3 cups cooked, cooled sushi rice3/4 c thinly sliced celery2 c diced imitation lobster1/4 c onion sliced green onion1/4 c seasoned rice vinegar2 c romaine lettuce1 avocado dicedToasted seseme seeds
Directions
Combine rice,celery,lobster,green onion and vinegar, refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, arrange a leaf of romain lettuce on each of 5 serving plates. Top with about 1/3 c of rice mixture. Remove peel from avocado. Thinly slice avocado and divide among the 5 plates. Sprinkle lightly with toasted seseme seeds is desired.
