* Chicken Breast, no skin, 200 grams * Carrots, cooked, 2 cup slices * Turnips, 1 cup, cubes * Parsnips, 0.5 cup slices * Red Potato, 100 grams * Celery, cooked, 0.5 cup, diced * Vegetable Broth, 1 cup * 1 large onion (it will be taken out when boiled) * some fresh dill * fresh lemon
Cut all the vegetables in small cubs.
In a big pot (3 liters) add 2 liters of water and 1 cup vegetable broth. Add the onion (whole) and the chicken breast. Let it boil for about 10 min.
Add the vegetables and the dill.
Boil for 20 more minutes.
take out the onion.
Serve hot with fresh lemon.
Makes 4 big bowls.
