2 lbs turkey smoked turkey sausage,3 cans (15oz) cans of black beans1.5 cups of onions, chopped1.5 cups green peppers, chopped1.5 cups celery, chopped3 gloves of garlic, minced2tsp thyme1.5tsp oregano1.5tsp white pepper.25 tsp black pepper.25tsp cayenne pepper1 chicken bouillon cube5 bay leaves1(8oz) can tomato sauce1 cup water1 cup brown rice boiled

1. Brown sausage in skillet
2. drain fat and transfer to crockpot
3. Combine remaining ingredients in crockpot.
4 Cover and cook on low 8 hrs or on high for 4 hrs
5. Serve over cooked rice
