1 box of Rotelli1 -2 Large onions [chopped or diced]12 oz mushrooms [fresh]1 lb of Cheddar cheese [cubed 1"]2-3 Chicken Breasts, cubed [1 inch or smaller]2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce2 Cans Cream of Mushroom soup [low sodium]
Cook noodles according to box and leave in drainer. I usually leave the noodles al dente.
In same pan noodles cooked in, brown chicken cubes. Add onion and mushroom and saute.
Add cream of mushroom soups, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Add noodles back into pot and stir all together. Remove from heat and let sit 3-4 mins. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
