Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2.5 cup Whole wheat pastry flour1 cup Granulated Sugar3/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened2 large Egg, fresh2.5 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 2 cups Buttermilk, lowfat3 Cups Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Cereal1 cup Boiling water
Directions
Pour water over cereal and let stand.

Mix together remaining ingredients then add softened cereal.

Bake as many as desired in muffin tins sprayed with non stick cooking spray.

Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes
