Chicken Giardino

Ingredients
4 cups cooked whole wheat pasta (I like shells)4 4oz chicken breasts, diced4 zucchinis, juilianned3 cloves of garlic finely chopped2 tbsp EVOO3/4 cup Chardonnay
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.

Heat 1 tbsp of the EVOO in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and saute until cooked. Add the garlic, zucchini, and remaining EVOO. Stir to combine. Add chardonnay. Cook until garlic and zucchini are tender. Divide into 4 portions and serve over 1 cup of the pasta.
