Ingredients
Directions
1 Chopped Onionoil250gram Lean mincesalt,pepper,basil, garlic, paprikaTin of Tomato pasteSugar and vinegar500grams Spaghetti
Boil water, dash oil and salt.
Add spaghetti and cook till a la dente.( soft but firm). Drain and put back in the pot.
Fry onions, add paprika, salt and pepper, brown mince, add garlic , basil and Italian herbs ,
Open tin of tomato paste and add it to the pot.
Rinse it with vinegar and sugar and add it too.
Add cup of water and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
