Ingredients
Flour, 250 gBaking Powder, 10 gSalt, 3 gButter, 50 gWater, 235 mL
Directions
Makes 8 medium biscuits

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter with a pastry cutter (or two knives) until mixture is coarse. Pour in water and mix until doughy. (You may substitute milk for water to enrich the flavor). Divide dough into 8 balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 230C for 12-15 minutes.
