corn & black bean salad

Ingredients
2 cans of sweet corn (I used one yellow and one white) - rinsed, drained2 cans of beans - black beans for sure, but one can be something else if you want. rinsed, drained1/2 cup chopped onion (finely chopped)1/3 c sliced scallion greens1 whole red pepper chopped1 medium tomato choppedfresh cilantro leaves to tastefor dressing:3/4 cup italian dressing2 tbspn hot sauce1 tsp chili powder2 tbspn lemon juice2 tbspn cilantro choppedminced garlic to taste
Directions
put all the corn, beans and chopped ingredients into a bowl and mix together.

in another container with a top that can close for shaking, put the dressing ingredients together - seal the top and shake to mix.

pour over the salad and stir it up covering and placing in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours prior to serving.
