Morning Black Bean Burrito

Ingredients
1 small onion1 cup fresh mushroom pieces1 medium egg3/4 cup diced tomatoes6 oz part skim mozzerella cheese6 whole wheat tortillasseasoned Lawry's peppergarlic powdersalt and pepper
Directions
coat pan with cooking spray
sautee onion until very soft, and golden
add mushroom pieces, blend with onion and continue stirring until soft
scoot veggies over to one side of skillet and scramble the egg
mix this blend, adding garlic powder and seasoned pepper to taste
drain and add beans
drain and add tomatoes
zap tortillas in microwave to warm
load mixture onto tortillas and top with 1 oz of cheese
