crockpot chicken chili

Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, one canBeans, great northern, one canSpinach, fresh, 1 cup Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup *Cumin seed, 1 tbspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 clove Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp green onion, 2, diced
Directions
dump into crock pot, cook on low for 6-8 hrs or high for 4 hrs! serve with rice or quinoa or chips!
