"Thanksgiving" Meatloaf

2 lbs ground turkey1 clove garlic, minced1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup bread crumbs2 large eggs1 1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp ketchup8 slices bacon1 6-oz box Stove Top stuffing, Turkey flavored
Prepare stuffing as instructed on package. Combine turkey, garlic, olive oil, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup in large bowl. Mix well.
Spray a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Press turkey mixture into dish in a flat, rectangular shape. Spoon prepared stuffing onto one edge of turkey mixture, leaving about a 2-inch margin. Roll turkey mixture around stuffing.
Cover loaf with bacon.
Bake at 375F one hour.
