Creamy Mushroom Chicken with rice

Ingredients
2.5 chicken breast pieces, no skinGarlicblack pepperExtra Virgin Olive OilMushrooms1 small onion2 cans Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom SoupNonfat, organic MilkOrganic Canned Sweat Peas
Directions
Cook chicken breast (I use breast PIECES to save cook time) in water in a large pan. When chicken is fully cooked, take the chicken out of the pan and dice. Dump out the water you cooked the chicken in and replace chicken in the pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sliced onions, quartered mushrooms, garlic, and black pepper. Sautee until onions are clear and mushrooms are tender. Add 2 cans Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom. Stir all ingredients until fully coated. As the Cream of Mushroom heats up, it will liquify more, so add about 1/4 c. of milk at a time until sauce reaches desired consistency. Once you have reached the desired consistency, add can of Sweat Peas. Add pepper to taste and serve over rice. (Also great over egg noodles.)
