A HIT in our house, which included a 13 and 15 year old. We used brown rice....PERFECT! Don't forget to brown the onion with the beef. :o) This is DEFINITELY going in our "keeper" file! - 9/25/07

Loved this - made it with ground turkey and topped with a little shredded cheese - was hard to stick to just one portion. - 6/15/10

We would definitely make this again. Good amount of spice and tasted great in bell peppers. Didn't have salsa, so we pulsed a can of stewed tomato slices and it worked great. - 1/23/10

I accidentally made this with instant rice--so I had to add another 2/3 cup of rice, but it was still thick in the end and had a nice kick. - 6/13/07

This was very easy to make and great tasting as well!! I topped it with a bit of shredded cheese and used onion powder instead of garlic powder. EXCELLENT! - 3/26/07
