Ingredients
1 bag of fresh spinach1/2 head iceberg lettuce1 can water chestnuts1 cup bean sprouts2 hard boiled eggs1/4 bacon, fried and broken
Directions
Cook bacon and crumble
Cook eggs to hard boil
rinse and rip lettuce and spinach
rinse bean sprout and water chestnuts
Mix all ingredients
Serve with Betty Dressing
about 10 one cup servings
