Zesty Chicken Brown Rice Bake

Ingredients
3 cups cooked Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 pound chicken breast tenderloins, no skin, 1 can (12 fl. ounces) evaporated, nonfat milk 2 cups cooked, chopped broccoli2 large eggs5 tbsp cilantro, raw, 1 Tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft) 2 jalapeno peppers, diced, seeds removed for less heat.3 tsps. Garlic, 3 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish. I spray with Pam cooking spray.
Cook chicken and garlic with two tablespoons of cilantro.
When finished, combine cooked chicken, rice, cheese, milk, broccoli, eggs, remaining cilantro, butter, and diced peppers in prepared dish. Stir well.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 50 to 60 minutes).
Makes six servings.
Note: if you like hotter food, include the rib part of the pepper, or add cayenne pepper to taste.
