Microwave single serving chocolate cake

Ingredients

2 tbsp whole wheat flour1 tbsp sugar1 tbsp cocoa1 tbsp chocolate chips2 tbsp low fat sour cream1.5 tbsp milk
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, and chocolate chips in a coffee mug.
Add the sour cream and milk. Stir until just combined.
Microwave for 1 minute, 20 seconds.
Allow to cool slightly.
Serves one.
*NOTE: Measurements are not exact. I just plopped in some sour cream and added milk until I got the consistency I wanted. If it's too thick, add a little milk. I'll update the next time I make this if it needs changing.
