Hickory Smoked Sandwich Pockets

Ingredients
2 pouches (4.5 oz each) Starkist tuna creations2Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped red, green, and yellow bell peppers2 pieces of pita bread1 c shredded lettuce
Directions
In a small bowl, stir together tuna with remaining ingredients except pita and lettuce. Cut pita in half and stuff with lettuce and tuna mix.
