Crab Sushi

3 cups cooked brown rice2 1/2 cups imitation crab1/2 cup rice vinegar1/4 cup sugar18 toasted seaweed wraps
Make rice. Warm rice vinegar in microwave for 15 seconds and then stir in sugar. (warming helps sugar disolve) Pour vinegar mixture into rice.
on a plate place one sheet of seaweed. Spread rice thinly leaving 1 inch at end to seal. Put a piece or two of crab meat across bottom. (You may have to make crab pieces thinner by pulling apart) Roll up sheet. When you get to the end, wet the area you left free so it will seal, finish rolling and let rest on seam. Repeat with each sheet. Serve with Wasabi if you choose.
