Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb yukon gold potatoes, cut with skin on1/2 head califlower, broken into floretts1/4 C low fat buttermilksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut potatoes into same size pieces, boil. While boiling potatoes, place steamer basket over the pan and steam califlower at the same time. When califlower is tender place in bowl with buttermilk, salt and pepper, using electric mixer, mix until mostley smooth.Add potatoes and mix until done. makes 6 1/2C servings.
