Ingredients
3 slices whole wheat breaditalian seasoningolive oil cooking spray
Directions
*preheat oven to 350 degrees
*take the bread and stack them, cut them into about 1 inch cubes, should get about 8 cubes out of each slice
*spray cookie sheet with olive oil spray, lay cubes on the sheet, then spray the cubes with the spray
*sprinkle the seasoning over the cubes
*place in oven on low rack and bake for 10 minutes or until desired crispness

serves 6 - about 4 cubes per serving 64.1 calories
